Website terms

This website is operated by JR Photo and Video Pty Ltd, ABN 15 677 761 787. Club Photo Day is an official team and player portrait photography enquiry service. Enquiries are welcome from Australian sporting clubs; availability is confirmed for your location.

Enquiries and bookings

A website enquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Availability, scope, photographs, products, prices, payment arrangements, venue requirements, permissions and cancellation or change terms must be agreed for the booking. No universal package price, free club service or club fundraising payment is offered by these website terms.

Online ordering and delivery

“Shoot today. Order tomorrow online with the app.” describes our photo-to-online-ordering offer using FotoPal Sports. Confirm the release plan for your club’s booking. Photos are checked before a season gallery opens. Print production, dispatch, collection and delivery take place separately after ordering; the phrase does not promise next-day physical delivery.

Product availability, family access, prices and ordering policies are those shown and agreed for the relevant season. FotoPal pages and checkout carry the applicable notices and order details. This website does not take payment for photo products.

Guides and examples

Our guides provide practical planning information. Example schedules and numbers are illustrative and do not establish a fixed session length, production time or required club policy. Confirm the arrangements with your photographer and follow your organisation’s safeguarding and photography policies.

Photographs and rights

Stock photographs on this site illustrate sport, planning and photography topics. They are not presented as our clients, staff, completed assignments or app screenshots. Credits and source information identify their origin. Do not infer a partnership with a pictured club, venue, sponsor or person.

Website use does not grant a licence to republish a family’s gallery photographs. Public promotion and club usage require the relevant permissions and agreed licence.
