Club enquiries

When enquiries are open, the form asks for an adult coordinator’s name, contact details, club, sport, venue town/suburb, state, postcode and optional planning estimates, dates and message. These details are used to respond to the enquiry and plan a possible booking. Our team uses enquiries to discuss your club’s photo day and location. This site does not offer to sell your enquiry to unrelated photographers.

Do not provide children’s names, birth dates, player rosters, medical information or identity documents in an enquiry. An optional venue photograph should show only the setup you want to discuss, with no player information.

Service providers and storage

The website uses Cloudflare hosting. When enquiries are open, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse and may process technical browser and request information. The planned enquiry workflow uses GoHighLevel to manage contact and enquiry records. These providers may process information outside Australia. We do not promise that all information or processing remains in Australia.

Technical request information, such as an IP address and request time, may be processed for delivery, abuse prevention and security. Website logs should not contain form-message contents. Access to enquiry records is limited to people who need them for the business.

FotoPal photographs and orders

This marketing website does not host player galleries or take photo-order payments. FotoPal Sports family gallery, registration and checkout pages have their own collection notices and policies. The club and studio agree photography permissions, family access and any promotional use separately. Follow the links and notices provided for your season.

Fonts, cookies and measurement

Google Fonts supplies the display and body fonts. Your browser requests font styles and files from Google when the page loads.

No advertising pixels are enabled. Essential technical processing may still occur through the hosting provider. Optional analytics has its own choice described below.

Access, correction and questions

Contact us to ask about information held through your enquiry, correct an error or raise a concern. Tell us enough to locate the record without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Retention depends on the enquiry, booking and applicable record-keeping needs; contact us to ask about the retention of a particular record.

For photographs, gallery access or an order, use the studio contact in your FotoPal gallery or FotoPal help. Do not share a private gallery code in a public message.

Optional website analytics

You can allow or reject optional Google Analytics using Analytics settings. When allowed, Google Analytics uses cookies and technical browser/network information to measure page visits. Google may process this information outside Australia. We send a query-free page location and do not send your enquiry fields or reference photographs to analytics. Your enquiry works whether you accept or reject. You can withdraw permission using Analytics settings; this removes our analytics cookies and reloads the page with measurement disabled. Advertising tags are not enabled.
